The trek starts from Chautara which is the district headquarters of Sindhupalchowk. The trek passes through the village and then forests. The off the beaten trails to Panch Pokhari (five ponds) situated at 4050m. Recommends excellent hike through beautiful forests mainly bamboo, pine and other evergreen forests with glorious views of Gauri Shanker, Langtang, Dorje Lakpa, Jugal Himal.

Day 4 - Trek to Okhreni (2052m)

Day 6 - Trek to Panikuwa (3800m)

Day 7 - Trek to Nasem Pati (3852m)

Day 8 - Trek to Panch Pokhari (4050m)

Day 9 - Excursion of the Panch Pokhari Lake
