The Upper Dolpa Trek is a challenging and remote trekking route in western Nepal that offers a unique experience of traditional Tibetan culture, high-altitude desert landscapes, and rare wildlife sightings. The trek covers a distance of approximately 240 kilometers.

Day 1 - Arrive to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel

Day 2 - Flight to Nepalgunj with great view of Himalayas

Day 3 - Fly to Dolpo Juphal (2425m.) and Trek to Chepka

Day 4 - Trek to Champak (2830m.) 5-6 hrs

Day 5 - Trek to Bon amchi Hospital (3100m.) 6-7 hrs

Day 6 - Trek to Ringmo Phoksundo Lake (3750m.) 6-7 hrs

Day 7 - Rest and Explore

Day 8 - Trek to Bhanjyang

Day 9 - Trek over Kang La pass base camp. 5-6 hrs

Day 10 - Trek over Kangla ( 5360 m) to Shy Gonpa ( 4160m)

Day 11 - Rest and Explore the Shy Gonpa and Clinic

Day 12 - Trek to Namung Gonpa ( 4430m)

Day 13 - Trek to Saldang Village ( 4050m)

Day 14 - Trek to Chaha Gaon (3760m)

Day 15 - Trek to Kharka ( 3870m)

Day 16 - Trek over the pass and to Tokyo

Day 17 - Trek to Dho Village

Day 18 - Trek to Nawarpani

Day 19 - Trek to Lainaodar

Day 20 - Trek to Tarakot Village

Day 21 - Drive to Juphal and Fly to Nepalgunj and catch flight to Kathmandu

Day 22 - Drive to airport and fly to back to home
